Production Application
MG-W series water cooled screw chiller widely used in plastic injection, extrusion, plating, mold, hydraulic, chemical, leather, printing, profiles of oxidation, reaction kettle, chemical fiber, vacuum coating, paper making, textile, central air conditioning refrigeration and various aspects of water centralized water supply.
Feature of Water-cooled screw chiller
1. Cooling range: -35 °C ~35 °C.
2. Water tank made of SUS304 stainless steel.
3. P.I.D temperature control, temperature control is accurate and reliable.
4. Using an independent anti-freezing temperature controller to prevent freezing.
5. Compressors and pumps are equipped with overload devices.
6. Low and high voltage switch control, flexible and adjustable, well protect the compressor.
7. Hydrophilic chip condensers to have a better heat exchange effect.
8. shell and tube evaporators with large heat exchange capacity and stable heat exchange effect.
9. Refrigerant: R22, environmentally friendly refrigerant R407c/R134a is also optional.

Packing and shipment
PACKAGE:
LCL SHIPMENT: Use plastic foam protect ,then ply wooden case package.
FCL SHIPMENT: If the equipment enough package with 20'or 40' container ,will use plastic
foam package and wooden pallet.
SHIPPING TERMS:
1. We can arrange the shipping by sea, by air ,by truck and train based on your requirements,
but kindly remind the refrigerant gas can't allowed by air ,so you must filling them when
machine arrive if you choose the air ship.
2. FOB,CNF,CIF,DDU can be accepted.
3. Any port of CHINA we can sent ,if you have other goods will packaged in one container ,
we would like to arrange that for you.
