All-Welded Plate Heat Exchanger
Product introduction:
The plate heat exchanger is composed of heat exchanger core, column, blind plate, upper cover plate, lower cover plate, baffle plate, sealing gasket, flange and base support.
The heat exchange core is a number of plates that are welded together and thus combine a plate bundle.The direct contact between the plates ensures the high heat transfer efficiency.
The surrounding four blind plates are connected to the plates by boltes, which make it easy to install and disassemble the equipment.

·The heat exchanger can be used as the tower top pil and gas condensor, liquid to liquid cooler and reboiler.
·The core is a fully welded plate, and the blind plates are connected by bolts. The equipment can be easily installed, disassembled and cleaned.
·Specific corrugated symmetrical channel, generating turbulance and enhance heat transfer efficiency.
·Wide and short straight channel, suitable for easily blocked conditions.
·Occupying small installation area, saving space.
·A wide range of materials available, 304,316L,2205,hastelloy, SMO254, Tai, etc. Can meet the working condition for both chemical industry and food and beverage.
·Product design pressure 3.2Mpa, design temperature 400ºC.
